  Very poor management. I ordered a NY Strip medium and my date ordered a medium well NY Strip. When it came out my steak was medium well and my dates steak was well done. At first I thought they just switched the steaks which happens no buggy. The server took both steaks back to the kitchen and a few minutes later she brought my steak back stating "they said they used a thermometer and the temp a reads medium," and tried to give it back. I said no I don't want a medium well steak and I know what medium steak is. She began to tell me again what they said. Again I said no and then said bring me a menu and I will order something different. She left and apparently the owner brought me a menu with no apology or anything. The owner brought my crab cakes out and still no apology or anything. I have managed a restaurant for many years and anytime a customer has a complaint you make it right and apologize. You for sure never argue with a guest about how her steak is prepared. The server was nice and it was not her fault at all. The food was good as well but apparently the cooks can't cook a steak and the owner couldn't swallow his pride to apologize. I have been a customer many times at the other location on 24 but after this is will not eat at either restaurant. As a guest I was embarrassed because you don't want to send food back period but when you do and they argue with you about it not a good start at the new restaurant.

  It's clean, and the service and staff was excellent. The food was served quickly. I will be coming back.

  Tryed ceasar salad, with chicken. Chicken was raw! They sent me a new salad. Check that grilled chicken!
